Learn More About Us
MKE Behavioral is a small, local behavioral treatment provider focused on servicing the Milwaukee county community.
- Greetings from Our Founder, Dresden Warminski
MKE Behavioral operates under a two-tiered model. This means each case will have an assigned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that will oversee treatment provided by Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Most teams will have 2-3 Behavior Techs or RBTs assigned to the team and families can expect to see their BCBA at least 1 time a week in the home.
MKE Behavioral is dedicated to providing individualized and quality treatment while maintaining a people over profit operational model.
Individualized Care
MKE Behavioral uses client-specific treatment plans. Each individual is directly assessed with input from caregivers, other providers, school teams and the individual themself. Treatment goals and objectives are created through a collaborative model.
Quality Treatment
We pride ourselves at MKE Behavioral on staying current with the latest scientific research in Applied Behavior Analysis and making data driven treatment decisions for our clients and their families. Our staff receive regular trainings to ensure quality of care.
People Over Profit
Both families and staff at MKE Behavioral are more than just numbers. We aim to build therapeutic relationships that focus on compassion, trust and mutual respect. It is our goal to keep BCBA caseloads small so they are able to provide quality attention and treatment to each individual and their family.
